Celebrating 17 years
We would be delighted to have you join us as we celebrate our 17th birthday as a church on Sunday, 4th October 2026, and encourage everyone to bring a gift to sow towards our annual Heart for God’s House offering. The day will be filled with faith, celebration and generosity enabling us to advance and strengthen our Vision and Mission as a church. We will also be launching a new year for our Kingdom Builders community – for those who recognise that the gift of giving is on their lives.
We are truly thankful to God for all He has done so far, and look forward with expectant hearts to all that lies ahead as we join together for this special moment.
Luke 7:36-50 reveals a story of two people who were deeply in debt to the bank. Jesus tells the story to a small, mixed audience and explains that one person had a large debt and the other a small one; however, the banker decided to graciously forgive them both of their debts. Jesus then asks a question: which one would have been thankful and would have loved the banker back?
This story reveals an all-in type of thankfulness; you could call this a story of willingness to give back.
The Hebrew word korban (קרבן) literally means “a dedicated offering” that draws you near or closer to God.

Everyone can bring a financial gift on the day. Pray and ask God how you can be involved in this year’s Heart for God’s House. Any amount given in faith will be significant.
Let’s prepare our hearts with prayer and excitement as we consider what to sow into this year’s Heart for God’s House offering.
“Kingdom Builders” are people who believe they are called to resource the work of Jesus and His church. They bring a gift on the day and commit to sowing an additional amount for the year ahead. “Kingdom Builders” start from €1,800 to any amount above, and is to be fulfilled by the 30th September 2027, enabling us to resource and speed up the ongoing mission of Berlin and Beyond.
Creating a building fund allows for generosity to be expressed, enabling God’s house to be established for generations to come. Any additional income from investments, bonuses or inheritances can be directed towards the building fund.
