Types of information collected includes

• because we need to use your personal information to comply with a legal obligation, such as protection and welfare of individuals;
• to protect the vital interests of you or another person, for example, in pastoral situations;

YOUR RIGHTS
Where you have provided your consent to us processing your personal data, you may withdraw this consent at any time. In addition, the Law gives you the right, under certain circumstances:

Newsletter
By subscribing to our newsletter (either online or by filling out one of the printed cards) you consent to receiving this newsletter and agree with these policies.

Double-Opt-In
The newsletter sign-up is a double-opt-in process, i.e. you will receive a confirmation e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription. This confirmation is required to avoid of unauthorised registrations with your e-mail address. We keep the records of your confirmation with its time and date as well as the IP address as proof of consent, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) of GDPR. The e-mail dispatch and the relating performance analysis are compliant with Art 6 (1), 7 GDPR as you’ve consented to it. Otherwise, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR authorises us to use your e-mail address when we have legitimate interest in providing the contained information to you.

Opt Out
You can opt out of our e-mail list at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe”-button at the bottom of the e-mail. We are allowed to store unsubscribed email-addresses as part of our legitimate interest as evidence of previous consent. Upon confirmation of previous consent, we will remove you from that list.

Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp (Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA) to dispatch our newsletters pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f), 28 (3) (1) of GDPR as part of our legitimate interests. You can review their privacy policy and privacy shield treaty online.
To track its performance a “web-beacon” is embed into the newsletter that will send your IP address, browser type, operating system and time of access to Mailchimp’s server upon opening the e-mail. We use these in an pseudonymised way to assess our performance and improve our services, not to track individuals.
It is not possible to solely withdraw consent for the web-beacon. If you do not wish to have the performance tracked you have to unsubscribe from the entire newsletter.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to constantly improve our websites according to your needs pursuant to Art 6 (1) (f) of GDPR. Google uses Cookies to generate data about your website usage. This data is usually sent to Google servers in the USA and saved there. Google is Privacy-Shield certified and can therefore guarantee compliance with European data privacy Law https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status;=Active.
We are only using Google Analytics with anonymous IP data.

Vimeo

We use Instagram (Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA) to update the community about events and other happenings at our church. We have embed an Instagram plugin to share these moments with you. We are not responsible for comments or content that other users post on this platform. Youtube

Adobe Typekit-Fonts
We use external font kits provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland. Facebook Social Plugins
We employ Social Plugins provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. These plugins are clearly marked through the Facebook logo or the like button. If you choose to click such button, you will directed to the Facebook servers because the plug-in is activated. Soundcloud
We provide our Sunday messages through Third Party Soundcloud platform (SoundCloud Limited, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany) pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) of GDPR. All data is saved and played from Germany. All data obtained by Soundcloud Ltd is not shared with us. Please check their Privacy Policy.

Eventbrite
In order to manage our events and guestlists, we use the Eventbrite app (Eventbrite, Inc, Delaware, 155 5th Street, Floor 7, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). In case you pay for your ticket online, all payment data is only obtained by Eventbrite Inc and not shared with us.
We use Eventbrite’s services to fulfill our contracts pursuant to Art 6 (1) (b) of GDPR. Please see their Privacy Policy for further legal information.

Paypal
For our Online Giving you can use Paypal to process your payment. Please find their Privacy Policy here. All bank information obtained by Paypal is not shared with us. We use Paypal’s services to fulfill our contracts pursuant to Art 6 (1) (b) of GDPR.

Third parties used outside of website
We employ third parties to process our data for purposes beyond this website.

Dropbox
To store photos we use Dropbox (Dropbox International Unlimited Company, One Park Place, Floor 5, Upper Hatch Street, Dublin 2, Ireland). Only our staff and volunteers with a password have access to these photos. They are not accessible for the general public or parties who have not signed a Data Processing Contract with us. Sumup
We use SumUp devices to receive payments (SumUp Payments Limited, 32 – 34 Great Marlborough St, W1F 7JB, London, UK). For the payment your bank details are obtained by SumUp. They are not, however, shared with us. For all further legal information please reference the SumUp Privacy Policy.

Elvanto
Elvanto is a church management platform that enables us to safely organize your data for ministry purposes. All staff and volunteers processing your data on this platform have signed a Data Processing contract with us and abide the Law. For all legal information please reference the Elvanto Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
We may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in best practice, security and control and to ensure compliance with any changes in the Law. Any amended version will be available on the website. We suggest you visit regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
